Q: I'm trying to decide between a Napoleon and Webber. Your warranty is a +, but I've read many reviews of customers not able to claim for replacement parts. Hour long phone wait times or calls not returned etc.... Why have a warranty if you can't use it?

Q: Napoleon Legend LD3 #085-0042-8 states that it is 36,000 btu but in the store it claims that this exact model is 42,000 btu. Why is that?
