My first carrier so not sure how to compare with others. Seems good quality given it has to be light and thin. Intentionally got this over Thule as it's several inches shorter and thankfully I did as I had to adjust my garage height to max for it it sneak under. On first trip it lightly scraped it's way in an underground parking of a museum. Probably shouldnt have tried but it makes this more usable than a taller one.
Only issue encountered is difficulty locking when full. You have to remove few things til it's happy.
Thick motomaster sticker comes off easy if you don't want it there.

Haven't filled it yet, but install was very easy and quick. It fits my 2020 Mazda CX 9 like a glove and doesn't hit the hatch or attenna. Looks great and the sale price was awesome too.
