Q: What is the purpose of the signal cone and the Velcro on the bottom of the bag?
4 years agoA: The signal cone can be used with the flashlight to signal for help at night on the side of the road, similar to a flare. The velcro on the bottom of the bag is to help prevent the bag from sliding around in your trunk.
