Not made for tough jobs. Trying to keep the tree in my front yard from splitting down the trunk. One strap around the trunk stripped when I tried to tighten it. Too much force for it. More for just strapping down cargo/

Packing is crazy to get apart. Good thing I have lots of tools and patience. One of the ratchets jammed on the first day. I still have to figure out how to free it up. I like the long length and strength rating. We'll see how they last getting wet and travelling around outside in the winter.

I have been using theses ratchet straps for several years now and keep buying them because they work well and are of good quality. Easy to operate, they rust less than other manufacturers and have a great load rating.
