Q: Doesn’t completely empty the grease tube
2 years agoA: After function test, there might be a little grease left inside the tube. we will try best to drain all grease out.

Q: Not easy to prime
2 years agoA: The grease is extruded out by the rod and plunger, it do need some strength to prime. If it easy to prime, the grease can't drain out from the cartridge.
