LED Magnetic Puck Lamp Great for Automotive Uses

This was a great purchase for me. I have a 2000 Isuzu Trooper that has been running for me exactly as its name suggests and I want to keep it on the road as long as possible. Due to electrical wiring issues at the rear of the vehicle due to road salt and age, the rear tail lights were becoming non-functional. These little LED puck lights mount magnetically just above the Trooper's tail lights and I simply turn them on when driving at night. They have been a life saver while I make arrangements to finally fix up the wiring when the weather gets warmer.

Re the puck light I purchased. I haven't tried it yet. Being with an emergency group for 25 years I'm always on the lookout for emergency gear "just in case". I really like what it does though. I have it stored in my SUV. Thanks Canadian Tire for always having things we need in your stores.

Poor quality

Very cheaply made, weak magnets which barely support the unit's own weight. After one use the red safety lights only worked intermittently. You are much better off purchasing a more expensive set.

Corn on the COB

Overall a good little light with some thoughtful features. The red flashing portion is adequate while the white COB light is bright. The magnets are strong with a rubber cushion to prevent scratching if you put it on a painted surface.
The lack of seals and open back on the COB side makes this unit susceptible to rain/water.
A great little safety feature for the car given the price.
