Questions
Q: How reliable are these on a pwc trailer in and out of the water? Are the components stainless steel?
4 years agoA: I purchased these to replace a set that had seized due to corrosion in the spring that retracts the straps. I sprayed lubricant inside the spring chamber prior to installation. Should do the trick.

Q: My straps are brand new. Neither one will retract automatically. It's like the spring inside is not winding. I have to ratchet it to get the to retract. What's the problem?
3 years agoA: Not sure if you checked this yet but you push the red button to get it to retract. If that’s not working it’s probably broken/defective (mine work perfectly like that).
