Sur l'emballage avant et sur le descriptif arrière, rien n'indiquait la présence de crochet. Je cherchais une sangle sans fin. Ce n'est qu'en déballant, que les crochets me sont apparus. Difficile d'évaluer la résistance et la qualité de ce produit.

Q: are there any instructions on how to use? I'd like to use them to tie down my canoe but still haven't figured this out and the videos I've found all seem to have hooks involved

A: Please see the attached file that has instructions on how to use. These straps do include hooks, they are just hidden by the packaging – each strap has a hook on each end.
