I was charged for an item I never picked up

a month ago

I never picked up the item and still got charged. After I ordered it I called the store to cancel it, and they said they would and instead I got a notification that my item had been picked up and I was charged for it. I contact the email online and now am receiving this request to review an item I never got and was still charged for.
