All flash no substance

Got this 11/2 years ago. Only 2 people use this regularly & the PLASTIC guts shallow gear slots that attach to the plunger arm stripped & the lever couldn't lift the plunger. Moen stood by their product & replaced it. I suggested they discontinue using plastic as feedback. Just be aware of this potential problem. Otherwise, we've used their products for 40 years & have always been satisfied.

Simple detail but worth it

I bought this item in both bronze and chrome to replace the cheap looking handles that came with our toilets. The Voss series is one of only I few I could find that offered this item. It’s a minor detail that a lot of people would consider unnecessary but they look so much nicer than the manufacturer’s handle, especially if you have all other fixtures in bronze. They actually seem to work better than the original handles.
