Very good smart faucet!

WE looked forward to this faucet since a friend had one similar to it. It wasn't easy to find as none of my local stores carried it so it had to be ordered direct. The installation was OK, but the battery pack was cumbersome in our small kitchen cabinets. Biggest complaint is only 90 degrees or swing rather than a better 120-150 degree swing most other faucets allow. Also it sometimes needs a bit of help to stay put once you swing it. But it's a totally rad faucet and we DO LIKE IT!

Worth every penny

Love this faucet. It has everything I wanted. Touch free, turnable faucet, pull down sprayer and it’s smart! I paid for the power adapter so I don’t have to deal with batteries. Setup was easy (didn’t work with iOS 18 though).

The installation instructions, particularly reagrding linking it one's home network are incomplete and confusing. Once the faucet stops broadcasting it is difficult to cause it to do so again. The app is terrible; it requires one to go through every single installation step, e.g., it doesn't remember serial numbers that have been previously entered. I regret purchasing the two that I did and will advise anyone who will listen not to do so!

Unable to connect to home Bell network

Took a while to install, looks great But, after many attempts, resets and selecting various wifi settings, Unsuccessful when attempt faucet to my home network. It is also taking several seconds before the water will commence flowing from the faucet 🤯 😡 Very frustrating.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The router you are connecting to must be compatible with 802.11 b/g/n and work on 2.4 GHz with WPA/WPA2 security. Make sure the network you are connecting to is not hidden and has a password. If you are connecting to a mesh router or your 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks are named the same, you may need to temporarily disable your 5 GHz network while connecting. Our product specialists would be delighted to assist you with connecting your Smart Faucet and any other issues you may be experiencing. Love the Faucet

I have had faucet for a couple months - I love it - I did go ahead and buy the ac adapter - I like the faucet even if the smart function did not work - I use amazon Alexa and it was easy to setup and is a fun conversation piece. I did buy it on sale on prime day.
