Good Quality Product, Easy To Install

Moen have always been a quality brand and this faucet is no exception. It looks beautiful at my kitchen sinks.

It works with no leaks, but spout arm is hard to turn

I've had this working about 6 weeks. Before installation I noticed the spout was much harder to turn than the hot/cold control lever. I found Moen repair instructions and removed the spout and cleaned the O-ring area and applied Moen M6144 silicone lubricant. This helped but the spout remains stiff, requires up to 1 Kg force. I have 6 other old working Moen faucets, this was a replacement for a similar 25 year old Moen, so the Manor is a disappointment, I will call Moen and see if it needs a replacement or new O-ring. Faucet is mostly solid metal, looks good, and works OK otherwise.
