leaky cartridge

I've owned Moen products before and never had a problem. This time I have a leaky cartridge right out of the box. Just for the aggravation of having to deal with it and to get a new cartridge is why I'm giving this 2 stars.

Quality pieces, easy installation, great price!

Very impressed with the heavy-duty nature of the cartridges but ease of installation (tensioning the cartridges was a breeze due to the (2) screws. Supply line hook-up was even easier yet... simple "click" and its all set!! Looking forward to many years of trouble-free use from this set-up.

I’ve never used the water supply harness that Moen has engineered. It’s easy to install and works well. I had a plumber confirm it’s reliability when he was working on a separate plumbing project.
