Installation needs reviewing

We have almost finished installing new towel racks in our guest bath. The racks look nice but aren't consistent on mounting hardware ot instructions.
A robe hook was easy, installed into a stud on a wall end next to the shower.
A 18" towel bar came with metal expanding drywall anchors; I used one with the other screwing into a stud (lucky find)!
A 24" towel bar also came with metal expanding drywall anchors which didn't expand properly behind the wall. They seemed secure until I attached the wall brackets, which wouldn't seat properly. One broke when removing it, but i was able to remove the anchors by breaking off the wall rings and pushing them into the wall cavity. I can probably use toggle bolts with these slightly enlarged 1/4" holes, but I need a new wall mount casting.
The 24" towel rack was actually the easiest to mount, although the paper template was not printed accurately. The 24" centers measured closer to 23.5", which would have been a problem is I had used it. The toggle bolts (2 per each bracket) worked nicely. The instructions need to be updated: there are 4 holes per bracket, and you should use the holes at 3 and 9 o'clock to allow final leveling.
Hopefully there won't be a problem on Monday getting in touch with customer service to replace the one broken bracket and to furnish toggle bolts.

I bought a townhouse with 2 half baths and 2 full baths. All of them have EVA ORB fixtures and I really like them. When I bought the Townhouse, I never had ay experience with ORB fixtures. I have grown to really like them and they are quality, a bonus!

Nice- and good service

Like this unit very much- easy to install and solid design. We got the nickle finish and the finish is bubbling a little in one area. We'll be contacting customer service shortly and if the experience is anything like in the past, they will replace free of charge with no questions ask. This is why we like Moen- sometimes there have been issues but they are always resolved quickly and efficiently with no questions asked.
Yes, I recommend this product.
