Beautiful, but no pivot

Beautifully co-ordinates with my faucets. Solid construction and easy installation. But the ring is fixed to the post. I expected it to pivot.

Doesn’t fit securely to wall

While I like the design of this towel ring and it matches my Dartmoor faucets, it doesn’t securely fasten to wall. We’ve had to move it twice now to make a secure fit and again after only hanging a lightweight hand towel, it’s again coming loose from the wall. I’ll be replacing it with another towel holder that has a more secure connection.
No, I do not recommend this product.
