Well designed lever, materials need improving

I purchased toilet lever in January 2018 to match the faucets, shower heads, cabinet handles in a bathroom remodel, They are great looking and improved the appearance of the room. The only problem was on the lever, the lever is made of a metal but the arm to lift the flapper is made of plastic after 3 month the metal stripped the gears which originally held the arm in place. once they are stripped you can't flush toilet. Customer Service was quick to understand and rushed another unit to me, I am very impressed and thankful.
