the not so "mighty putty"

i purchased this product after seeing the commercial for it as it had intrigued me . my living room table has had a broken leg for quite some time now so i figured this would be a good solution .. it wasnt . i had a couple friends over at my house a few days after fixing the table only to have it collapse with a minor amount of weight on it . mighty hold ? guess not .

Waste of money

I have some small leak in the pipe which was too difficult to reach ( I had to remove some other pipes to reach that pipe). So, I decided to try this product for quick fix to stop leaking. The result was just waste of $10 and my time. It didn't stop leakage and I have to do it right way, but I have to remove this thing first. It's good lessons for me and I guess good info about this useless product

I have used this product on countless items. I bought a cool mist air and droped and brocka 2 inch hole in the plastic water jug. I put mighty puddy over the hole and its been holding now for ove 6 months of frequent use!

Great Epoxy

This putty works great. It sticks really well to all types of materials. I use it all the time. It is like JB Weld but with out the hassel of mixing 2 parts.

Q: will this product work on a high pressure water ppe the pipe is made of copper

A: It is not recommended for high pressure piping. Though it will patch the hole, it might only hold for a short period of time as the pressure will try to put too much pressure in this weak spot and ultimately blow the patch off... It's a good temporary fix but is not a permanent fix...
