You are asking for a review on a product from Petco - Ordered on August 27th it is now Sept. 7th still have not received the order. They are blaming 3rd party suppliers!!! Petco needs to find new suppliers

i bought this 2 months ago and the rubber came off the part where it is held into the door frame. I paid $130 for this gate and it lasted no time. The company I bought (petco) will not do anything.

Q: is this kit suppose to have 3" extensions? (part H), mine did not come with it and I was wondering if it was an option or not

A: The extensions are the mounting screws. They can extend the reach of the gate by 3". This particular gate does not have added extensions with it.

Q: will it fit between 38.5 inches (upper) and 37" lower? Wall to wall? Also is this stable if just for pressured mount?

A: Unfortunately our steel gate only expands to fit spaces 29” - 38” wide. It will not expand further to your customers 38.5” width on upper area
