I have a small dog and this is the perfect safe enclosure for her. I leave the door open when I’m home and she is so comfortable in there she even goes in when she doesn’t have too!

I went in store to pick this up because it's such a great price on sale! The description online is wrong; this product number in stores is only 24" around and 36" high according to the box. I need the 36" around by 48" high as it says it is online. So disappointing :(

A: This pen is 36 inches tall. They can be attached together to make a larger pen. While most of the panels come attached together, the two end panels are not attached, and come with separate thumb screws. You can attach 2 ex-pens together using these thumb screws. You can also attach ex-pens to a wire crate.

Q: We have a lab puppy. Will it stay in place if she jumps up against the sides? Is it durable?

A: A 36” Midwest exercise pen should be durable enough to support a lab puppy jumping up. If your puppy is an aggressive jumper, we would suggest putting the pen on carpeting. If used on laminate or hard wood, the pen may slide a bit on the floor, but would not fall over. For outdoor use, Midwest exercise pens come with ground stakes to help give extra support. For indoor use, Midwest includes stabilizers with your exercise pen, which can be attached to the edges of each panel to add to the durability. We may also suggest connecting the exercise pen to a Midwest iCrate Dog Crate (available at Canadian Tire stores), as this would provide the greatest amount of stability.

A: Yes, Midwest Exercise pens can be arranged in a number of different shapes, including a square, rectangle, and octagon. All arrangements of shape will provide your pet with 16 square feet of enclosed area.

A: There are 8 panels that are fastened together by H-shaped clips that are pressed flat by machine, attaching the panels together. While you can remove the clips to separate the panels, this nullifies any warranty on the product and you may encounter difficulty putting the clips back together. If you want to remove some of the panels to create a gate, you have to keep in mind that you may not be able to reassemble the exercise pen back together again securely
