Bought as gift My husband has had same ladder for last 4 years. Loves it. Bought and had delivered to my son as a gift. Was on sale and worth shipping cost.
Realized when shipping to a different location, you must sign into store close to where you want to ship as all stores independents. Will do this again in future. He had ladder within days.

Q: The model shown on the telesteps website has red caps. Are the black caps an older model. Do they leave a mark on walls.

A: I used mine with black caps to put up Christmas lights and it did leave marks on my white vinyl siding, although the marks were easily removed.

Q: Telesteps Model 1600. The box has a picture of red adjustable feet. The box does not have these. Am I missing this part or is it accessory?

Q: Carrying bag for Telesteps ladder? I just purchased a new Telestep from CT in Spryfield, NS. I noticed the packaging stated a 30 day offer related to a carrying bag for the ladder. Is this something that is free with new purchase and/or where can the carrying bag be obtained?
