Worked great on my 2009 Car. Really easy to use. Wipe it on, wipe it off. $1500 to replace both headlights, so this was a great alternative. Will keep buying as needed.

Awesome headlight lens cleaner

This product does what it claims. It cleared a cloudy headlight lens and resulted in one that looks almost brand new. Highly recommended. Will clean approximately 6 headlight lenses depending of size.

Easy to use

I have used this in the past with good results. There is way more polishing cream then clear coat spray. I have plenty of the cream from the first kit I bought and was looking just for the clear coat. It is not sold individually and I had to purchase another complete kit. Non the less I am very pleased and will have plenty for the next time I restore the headlights.

Q: I have a 2 yr old Toyota. Lenses are not hazy but want to prevent any aging. Should I just do step 2 and if so, how should I prep it?

Q: How long does it realistically last in moderate but wet climates?

A: How long any protection lasts his highly variable and relative to a number of factors specific to your vehicle and the environment it is in. This is a pretty resilient coating that will outlast even good waxes but it is not bullet proof. Several months to a year would be realistic in many cases.

Q: After the clear coat my headlight is still cloudy. It's possible that the preparation was not good enough. My question is, is the clear coat sand-able (using 2000 grit?)

A: Yes, you can simply start from the beginning or use rubbing alcohol to remove the coating and then try again. Yes, 2000 grit wet sanding will remove it as well.
