The traction from these is great. However i had to put zip ties through them and over my work boots so to make sure i don't loose them. I had one come off the first time I wore them. I had to backtrack my trail to find it in the snow. They are quite noisy walking on the ice and bare cement. They are the best i"ve found since Yak Trax quit their heel traction cleats.

Sturdy and effective.

This will be the third winter that I've been using these. Primarily bought them when removing snow in my small driveway, but this year I've also been taking the dogs for a walk in our trails, and they work really well. They fit securely on my boots, and feel very safe.
Yes, I recommend this product.
