Q: Why does the ladder height say 28ft/8.5m? Also, it says that this is a 9 step ladder. Are the 3 skinny rails rated for standing?

A: Thank you for bringing this error to our attention as we work to correct on our website. Ladder height is 6' not 8.5'. The 3 supporting rails behind are not rated for standing and we do not recommend to do so.
