Has great value- I think it's the best practical choice in this class for having pliers + scissors. I have not tested durability, only examined build quality. The equivalent Leatherman is priced +%50 more. (made in USA, this one is made in China). Downsides I see: lots of wasted space due to internal air gaps- could be 25% thinner if the tolerances were tighter. Exposed sharp edges of the file and knife may be a problem if in a pocket. Large exposed oily surfaces of the plier's joints (can be wiped clean mostly). Craftsmanship: there is a twist in the whole tool, making it look slightly asymmetrical, but not bad. Also the backs of all the large tools still have unfinished ugly manufacturing stems on them. Overall a really good solid tool, but the shortcuts are visible.

Picked this up on sale . I own other high end multi tools and this one compares well with those for a much lower price . Very well constructed and a nice range of tools . A sheath would be a nice addition but otherwise no complaints
