Great for kids to watch…not easy to use

I’m pretty sure the product was a return. The box had “fluid” in it and appeared slightly used. The level was broken and the rocket ignition ball needed Hurcules strength to use. I made it work but the whole thing was pretty disappointing

Didnt work :(

We purchased this a few weeks ago for my Son's birthday and have not had a successful launch yet! We've watched videos, read, re read and read again the instructions, the product is not leaking, it creates pressure but the rocket wont launch. It simply doesn't work and I no longer have my receipt.

Was already opened and used

We bought this for our boys birthday last month as they had seen a youtube video on this and were excited for it. We had went to out local Canadian Tire and they only had one on the shelf left which the box didn't look the best and the store rep said if there was any problems to take it back so we decided why not. Then we finally opened the box today and everything was already out of the packaging on the inside and it turns out it was used! Not a very happy camper.
