Stunning model! The custom molded pieces really make the car’s body lines true to the real car. Fun build with some interesting build techniques. Good quality bricks and stickers. The additional custom wheel covers are a great touch!

I had high expectations when I bought this set, and I have to say, even I was impressed! I collect other brick-built car models, and this set outdoes them in several ways. For one, value. Even if this set was as expensive as competing models, I'd still pick it over the others - the included 1:64 die-cast Hotwheels car is a great value! I also enjoyed the customization options. Adding decals to both the main model and the die-cast car was quite fun. All in all, you're getting a lot for your money with this set. What impressed me most was the quality of the prints on the bricks. The opacity and color-accuracy was unmatched! Particularly, the black printing on the translucent taillight bricks was the best I've ever seen. As an enthusiast collector, these details mean quite a lot to me, and this set absolutely nails them! Other products I've tried over-rely on stickers or decals, and I was pleasantly surprised that every decal in this kit was completely optional. All of the important details were printed on, which is a big plus. Even so, I enjoyed the amount of decals included, because they allowed me to customize it to my liking. Not everything is 100% perfect, though. Some of the plastic was a slightly different color from brick to brick. The chassis piece's colors in particular seemingly hadn't been completely mixed before being molded. There was a streak of a slightly lighter gray through it. I don't mind it as much since it was an internal piece, but it would be a bigger deal to me if it were visible once the model was completed. On that note, the model looks incredible once it's finished. The unique pieces in this set, such as the driver's canopy or the rear aerofin, were also a big plus for me. They really help the model look accurate to the real car, in a way that competing brick-built models aren't. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed by this product! It's a shame that I haven't been able to find any other Brick Shop sets (besides the Maserati MC20), because I'm very interested in collecting all of them. I'll absolutely pick up more when I see them, because I was blown away by this set.

Just finished the Cadillac. Also purchased the Maserati, but not built yet. Very cool to see these from Hot Wheels. Clearly trying to compete and get some market share of the largest block construction company and their line of similar cars. I love more choices, customization options, and a lower price point! And bonus, a real 1/64 mainline HW car! I hope these are exclusive releases (colors) only available with Brick Shop kits!? Also these will display well with the other brand, being the exact same size. Great idea and well done. I'm excited to see the future releases. I do wonder about the printed #9 pieces on the sides. This car actual raced with #1 and #2, and looks funny with a different number sticker on the hood. Which conflicts with the #9 on the sides? Anyway, nice product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hot wheels Cadillac was easy to put together. The details in the car/finish are realistic- the color is nice. The mini matching hot wheel car was a nice added bonus. The instructions were clear and easy for my child to follow with minimal adult intervention. Stickers were difficult to apply on small parts.
