A: Contact your local Canadian Tire firstly who were your original supplier. Our board had never broken but some nuts started rusting.

Q: The hoop net that came with this system is terrible. The string was not sealed correctly when it was manufactured and it has unraveled and broken apart in 2 places after less than 2 weeks. How/where do i get a replacement net?

Q: How thick is the polycarbonate backboard?

A: The transparent board is 2.5 millimeter. There is a steel frame on the transparent board, the thickness of this frame is 25mm, so the total thickness of the backboard is 27.5mm.

Q: Two question 1: when tightening the bolts with the springs on them for the rim, are you suppose to tighten all they way? 2: When tightening the bolts on the poles on the back of the backboard the poles start to oval, do I keep tightening til they flat?

A: 1. Below are the instruction of how to tighten the spring screws of the rim. Do not tighten it all the way, you may tighten it according to the spring strength to find an ideal strength you like. 2. The bolts on the poles need to be tightened, but do not make the pole deformed.
