I started playing volleyball after a long break. My body isn’t what it used to be and I needed more protection this time. These pads provide good knee protection and stay in place well. They already have a small rip in them so I don’t think they are going to last very long. However, they were much cheaper than the other options so maybe you get what you pay for.
