Yes, they are orange. Yes, I rec'd 4. Yes, they are rubbery. However, they are NOT collapsible as the description claims. Def'n: "able to be folded into a more compact shape." I wanted a product that could be packed into a narrow space for travel, to open and use, later. Yes, this product is not "rigid". However, the CLAIM was collapsible.
