A: They were taped inside the packaging, but you can find similar clamps in the plumbing or electrical sections of the store if you do not want to return & repurchase the hose bracket.

Q: Was wondering if this hose hanger can be install a wood fence or has to be on cement or brick wall.

A: I installed mine on a wood fence. Been holding the hose for a few years and show no sign of strain. I bought a 2nd one for the shed. Mounted it to wood as well. Not a single issue as it has held up for years as well. I put a heavy duty hose with lots of weight on these hangers.
