Not for drilling mild steel.

I bought this bit to enlarge existing 13/16“ holes in mild steel to 1”. Slow speed lots of oil on the bit, it lasted one hole.

Poor performance

Extremely soft, Edges continually rolled, mabe just a soft bit but couldn't get through 1/2" aluminum .
