Made from non-slip, vinyl-coated steel this tool storage hook offers resistance from rust and scratches. Depending on your use, you can screw it horizontally or vertically to access a wide range of household and landscape tools or sporting equipment of various sizes, shapes, and contours. I have purchased several of this line. They are heavy duty and grainy rubber coated. It will last infinitely longer than those cheaper ones with the vinyl coating. Those that screw in, such as this one, of course need a pilot hole drilled.

A: It is very unlikely this tool hanger has the thread strength to be used in cinder blocks without using predrilled anchors
