Limited applications for these rare earth magnets

These were not suitable for my application. The magnets do not "attach" to a simple metal washer the same dimensions but only 1/2 the magnet overlaps the washer. They connect to each other but they have no method to attach to anything. Limited applications. Other rare earth magnets I have purchased did not have this issue.

Q: How much weight can each magnet hold? Looking for something to hold up Pannell boards around base of fish tank

A: haven't actually done a weight test but they are the strongest consumer product i have ever experienced. we used them to hold a 4x4 picture board on the side of an van and no problem. Perhaps you could double up if necessary. sorry I can't do better.

A: These magnets are very powerful. Would not recommend using near a gas tank. I would recommend telescopic magnets to collect metal debris. SKU # 058-1644 and 058-1658
