J’aime bien cette pierre à aiguiser, seulement deux grains mais c’est suffisant. On ne peut pas comparer avec les pierres professionnels qui ont plusieurs grains. Le seul problème c’est la stabilité du bloc. Je mets un linge humide dessous pour éviter que ça glisse.

exactly what I was looking for to sharpen knives. Before use you have to make sure the stone has been immersed in water until there are no more bubbles coming up from the stone.
