Product Details

Equip your air tools with the Mastercraft PVC Lead-In Air Hose, 3/8-in x 2-ft. Made from PVC with high-tensile yarn, this lead-in pneumatic hose is ultra durable and well-suited for rugged applications. Ideal for auto shops and garages, this lightweight air hose is flexible in any weather condition and works at temperatures of -12 to 54° C (10 to 135° F). This air compressor hose is oil- and abrasion-resistant, as well as non-marking. This compressor hose has a ¼” NPT (M) swivelling fitting and a ¼” NPT (F) fitting.

Mastercraft Air Compressor Hose

I am on my 4th one in two months as the first one the swivel end leaked, second & third one blew a hole in the line. My Mastercraft air compressor is set for 120 psi and max 200 psi, the hose is rated for 300 psi. I notice the New Mastercraft Air Compressors have braided Hoses so why don't you have them in stock.

Q: Where can I find a hose to connect a compressor with a reel? I have the same problem. If this hose is not meant to connect a compressor with a reel, which type of hose do I need and where can I find it? Thanks in advance. GP

A: Dear Canadian Tire Team: I appreciate your explicit answer to my question. I would agree with your explanation about why not to have a standard length (different people may want different lengths). However, based on your own explanation, I think making a coiled hose longer than 2' but half shorter than 25' will pleased a lot of people. Maybe a 12' coiled hose will satisfy the majority of needs. Then, very few people may need a custom-fit connector hose if they want it shorter than 2' or longer than 12'. Just my marketing suggestion for your manufacturing suppliers ;-) Thanks.

Q: Different Lengths ? I picked this up to go along with my hose & reel i picked up today and i don't like how it's only 2'. It limits me to mount the reel around the shop and the compressor has to be right beside it. Do they make different lengths ?

A: The swivel hose is a short piece that is used to stop the regular air hose from kinking or twisting by allowing the hose to swivel, it is meant to be mounted to the air compressor and then have the hose mounted to the swivel hose. This product is not to be used as a connection between the air compressor and a hose reel.
