Q: I have bought this and installed it, but i need more hooks. Where can i buy more hooks??
5 years agoA: The Merch Team is incorrect, the referenced product numbers are not for the sports rack but instead are for wall slats. I submitted this question about a year ago and was told extra hooks are not available. So instead I bought Husky hook straps (carabiner attached to a strong velcro strap) and used them. Not as good for quickly hanging and pulling off bikes but good for hanging bikes for the winter.

Q: What is the weight capacity of this shelf? The description says "this heavy-duty rack supports up to 300 lbs across its four shelves" but there is only ONE rack pictured and described. There are not 4 shelves, are there?

Q: Does it comes with any anchor/screws? if not what size should I use to install this on a concrete block wall?
4 years agoA: It comes with lag bolts for wooden studs. You could probably buy it and buy the concrete anchor bolt of an equivalent size.

Q: What is a good height to install this rack at if you plan on hanging a bike? I'm thinking 6 or 7 feet.
