Q: can you use staples with this compressor

Q: Whats the secret to getting this tool to countersink the brad nails. I've tried everything suggested and the nail heads are either above the surface or just flush, which looks terrible either way.

    1 Answer
    • A: Turn the depth adjustment dial clockwise until it stops. Mack sure gun is pointing away from you. I used 3/4 in. nails to test and it counter sunk. Test on scrap wood to make sure.

Q: Just bought this product, wouldn't countersink either 2 or 1 1/2 inch brad nails, no matter what pressure or adjustments. Very frustrating.

    1 Answer
    • A: We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated with this product. The brad nailer does have a depth adjustment knob (refer to the attached). Additionally, with the safety tip, the nailer is designed so the nail heads just flush the surface. You may try removing the safety tip (refer to attached) if you wish to countersink the nails. Please also try this with 120 PSI as this would work better.
