Exactly as advertised!

I bought this a month ago and i was very pleased with it. Takes up little floor space and is extremely strong. It was very easy to assemble and all parts were easy to find and identify.

Product is fine, but interchangability with same company less shelf units is wonky... IE 5 shelf unit, a space, then a three shelf unit.. allows me to use the space for taller hanging items or stacking totes... assembly is okay after the first couple of errors and goes together quickly once sorted.. useful and stable, keep heaviest objects on bottom to anchor the above loads...

Q: What are the shelves made of? We have these shelves inside our home, and we have a newborn in our home. There is an odour coming from the room these shelves are in and we wonder if it's the shelves themselves that smell.

A: I have the same issue and i called Blue Planet (Gracious Living) and what they told me is try to wash it (i did), try use febreze (I did) or give it time. This is awful they smell like used oil. I bought 2 and the smell in that room is unbearable. I have to close the door and open the window all the time. I wish that someone would give a solution or acknowledge the problem.

Q: What is the height between the shelves? Can the shelves be adjusted or perhaps leave one out when being put together?

A: Height between shelves is 15 inches. Shelves can't be adjusted and you can't leave one out to increase the height.
