Here’s a cool little cutting tool for wood, metal and plastic. The Mastercraft 5.4A twin cutter uses two blades that spin at high speeds in opposite directions. What this does is reduce kickback, ensure all cuts get a clean start, and let you get more done in less time. This twin cutter comes with a set of saw blades, 6 wax sticks, one blade wrench, assist handle and blow moulded case.

Super bon 4 étoiles sur 5
Coupe très bien le métal 1/4 et moin.
Un seul bémol ici à Joliette ou j'ai acheté la scie
il la vendait dans une boîte de carton seulement.
Mon fils à Gatineau il la vende dans un case en plastique pour le rangement. Nous ne sommes pas tous gâter par Canadian Tire......

It cuts steel posts

I used it yesterday to cut the end off a steel jack post that had rusted off. In less than 30 minutes I had the post out, cut and put back in to hold up my house. It worked well. Wear safety goggles. With no guide I found it difficult to cut flat material. The blades would bind causing it to stall when when I wasn't exactly straight. I have no doubt that it will be handy for the odd job in the future

54-1276 worst saw ever

this saw is over hyped. I tried it on 1/8" aluminum sheeting and it laboured to cut through and tripped its 6 amp switch every 2-3" of the cut.
the clear safty guard is a real nusance it is hard to see through and when trying the poorly placed on switch the gaurd was a struggle to deal with. I used the saw for 20 min before it over heated . I would never recomend this saw unless the person is cutting foam sheets or sticks of butter.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I recently purchased this Twin Cutter. I have many different power tools but I did not have one that cuts wood trellis or vinyl siding effectively.
I used the twin cutter today to cut wood trellis and it worked perfectly. Usually when I cut trellis it spinters and breaks because it is very thin. Not with the twin cutter.
I have not tried vinyl siding or soffit material yet but will in the near future.
I have used it to cut melamine and it doe a great job with no chipped edges.
I would not use it for general cutting but I do like it for those special jobs. I will keep it in my tool box and use when needed.

j ai acheter la scie pour refaire le toit d une maison mobile 14<64, la scie a découper le toit de tôle comme un couteaux traverse du beurre.clou, visses et les forences de bois n ont pas résister si tu coupe dans trop d épaisseur le reset débarque, il est situer a la base de la scie, tu la fait refroidir et tu repart la job..en gros c est l outil qui a la plus servi et a 50% de rabais , garantie 3 ans ça c est avérer un excellent achat.

Q: je me demandais si celui-ci est assez fort….malgré son 5.4 ampèreset ses 2 lames qui à elles seules coûte $ 55.19 …oufff je possède l’ Outil de coupe polyvalent Mastercraft, 4 A Article #54-1237-4. qui possède qu’une lame, et qui n’est malheureusement pas assez fort pour le bois. Sur le vidéo, aucune coupe de bois n’est montré..bizarre.

A: j ai mis la scie a rude épreuve , le reset a débarquer a quelque reprise mais a toujours redémarrer.dans le bois comme un comptoir de cuisine il faut y aller en douceur ca a un kik mais fait la job, pour le métal wow tu peut lui donner de la misère.
