Used and absed and works like a BEAST! I LOVE THIS TOOL!

Whomever doesn't give this little beast 5 stars doesn't know what they're talking about... I abuse this little guy so much; I'd say it's by far the MOST used tool I own. I do everything from drilling through steel and aluminum, driving self tapping screws through heavy gauge steel and light duty work of disassembling vehicle and equipment interiors and this unit is incredible. I loved it so much I purchased a second one to keep in my ADV Motorcycle and it gets bounced around, beat up, dropped in mud, salty slush dripping on it and it just keeps on going. I have reccomended this tool to many people and they're also pleased as punch with it. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I'm a very tough person to please and very rarely do I endorse any product but I just had to for this. I'm actually on my way to my local CTC Store to purchase a third one becuase it's on sale and I'd like to have a second one on the go in the shop so I don't drain the battery so much on just one everyday.

A year ago I bought two of these for our family business. We use them daily and have never had an issue. I particularly like the charge status lights. They are currently on clearance for a great price so I will be picking two more up for the future.

Charged it twice and the third time I tried, it wouldn’t take a charge. Don’t waste your money

not a good investment

Very handy size wise. Use it accordingly as it is a SCREWDRIVER for small projects. Charges well and works for a reasonable amount of time. The trigger started to not work every time. Now it does not work at all. Out of warranty, out of luck. Save your money for a more reliable tool.

Charging problem after one charge

Charge only once and stopped working Control PSB, the store refused to exchange. I called head office to buy a psb part for reparation, finally Mastercraft doesn't provide any parts for its products. Throw this screwdriver in to trash and lose money.
Solution: It's better to buy something from another manufacturer, it will more reliable and cost cheaper.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is the red charging light supposed to be blinking or constantly on while plugged in? I've plugged it in with the provided adapter shortly after unboxing it and the light has been flashing the entire time and the charge level doesn't seem to be increasing.

A: When charging the light should not be flashing. If your unit is defective,this product carries a 3 year exchange warranty redeemable at any Canadian Tire store.

Q: I wanted to take the charger while travelling Asia where they use 220 V , Do you think the adapter will work there? Is there any Other Cordless Screwdriver that offer 110-240V, if this one cannot deliver? Thank you
