Questions
Q: I've been charging this headlamp for 24 hours. Continuously keeps blinking red, battery indicates it's fully charged, but won't turn on. I can't exchange product because I bought the last one. Do I have a defective product?
6 years agoA: When the customer first taken out the packaging, he should press and hold the back switch (battery switch) for 3 seconds until the red flashing signal light turns on, in this case, the headlamp is on. And then click down the head switch within 3 seconds to turn on and then switch modes.
