Q: My drawers do not close all the way. They all stick out the same distance. Is there a stopper at the back or a way to adjust so that the drawers will close flush?

A: Either the rails are not fully locking in, because they have a "lock" feature where if u push a bit the slide shelves lock in place or it's possible there was some assembly issue where you assembled some parts the wrong way, which is very easy to do with this workbench. And, last option you have some odd one where the tolerances went way off and you have too much space. Either way starts with disassembling the drawers, 1 disassembly is enough to check if the rest also have the same issue, if the drawers are fine, check the rail locations where the rails are to see if there are issues there, if not lastly check over the base where your wooden top meets with the side and middle support, and see if something is sticking out where it shouldn't be.

Q: Is the table accessible from the underside? Could you bolt a vice to the surface, or would you need to use lags?

A: Yes the table is accessible from the inside of the cabinet. I have used lags to mount a vise without any problems. The table top is thick enough to us lags.

Q: Can the unit be assembled WITHOUT the back pegboard and high cantilevered shelf while still keeping the back of the cabinet covered? The counter height works for me but the height of the pegboard/ shelf will hit the wall cabinets in my garage.

A: yes the peg board mounts to the back after the base is put together. by the way it is very strongly put together and the top thick and heavy.

Q: Can this unit be put beside Mastercraft 6-Drawer, 2-Door Wooden Top Base Storage Cabinet with Shelf & Wheels, Diamond Series, 77 x 20 x 38-in#068-7305-4 to make it longer , the Heights, the same without the pegboard??

A: These units are made to match each other unit of this same series. The one unit without wheels need to be adjusted for height, there are adjustments on the bottom of the legs. Make sure you buy them when they are on sale and when Canadian Tire has the promotions of buy 300.00 and get 75.00 back in Canadian tire money or something like that. Its the BEST DEAL you will ever find ... I should know Ive looked at so many different brands at so many stores and waisted so much GAS driving around when all I had to do is go straight to Canadian Tire on the right day and buy it. Hope this helps

A: No, the construction is misaligned and is unable to be assembled so far without modification that would void warranty, no response from manufacturer

A: I have the work Cabinet between a wall and a work bench and have no issues getting it in and getting it out when necessary. The wheels straighten up nicely to accommodate this.
