Bought it, hung it up, pulled it out for the first time and then 10ft wouldn't retract again! Spent way to long trying to make it work properly and then just binned it... Save your money

Q: Noticed in store this is a light duty 16 gauge wire but a medium duty 14 gauge and a heavy duty 12 duty are available. What is the sku number for the 14 gauge and the 12 gauge. Are they available in store?

A: At that temp. you will have to help it back in the reel, the cord stays flex around 10 deg and above. Otherwise it works great!

Q: How long is the Lead Wire? Cord from retractable unit to the A/C plug, not the extension cord you pull out which is stated to be 30'. I don't see anything in the online ad for the lead length.

A: Hi, thanks for your question. The overall measurement from male plug to fully extended receptacle is 30ft. 1.8ft cord is measured from male plug to the reel, 25.2ft cord is the visual cord length outside of the reel. 1.2ft cord is hidden inside of the reel.
