I feel secure and solid on the wide steps and front bar to lean or hold onto. Bonus, the foldable shelf is handy if you require it then it clicks into place for your tools or painting supplies.

Q: bought this ladder last week. I love it, however I can't get it to fold. I've tried the Red Button on the Top Step to try to fold the steps & ladder, IT WON'T RELEASE & FOLD THE STEPS. HELP??? I need to FOLD IT.
