I purchased on sale, got home and the battery was stolen at the store . I returned it for a full refund but had to buy another set because it was the last one . I had a job requiring this impact wrench to complete , after requesting a manager to get a similar discount on the more expensive set . Was told you are getting your money back so go shopping with no discount offered on the other set . Had I not needed the wrench I would have went to another store and not CTC . Not impressed with the customer service I received.

This is an awesome kit. Managed to do four snow tire change overs on an F150 & a Bronco Sport without having to recharge the battery. Great buy. Extremely satisfied.

Q: I have a 20v Lithium battery from a Mastercraft drill about 1 year old. It will not slide on this drill. What gives? These were supposed to be universal between power tools and yard tools. I am more than a little angry.

A: There is the 20v max battery and there is also the 20v max pwrpod battery in different tools. These batteries will not interchange.

Q: I went into my local CTC today with and older 20v battery and this new drill. The battery does not mount correctly. An associate out of hardware also was unable mount the battery. He did not know why. This should work fine.

A: The impact tool included in this combo kit is impact wrench, not impact driver. The maximum torque of the impact wrench is 150 ft-lb.

Q: Mastercraft 20 V Max 1/2 Drill and Impact Combo Kit - Do these 20 V Max Batteries work with Dewalt 20 V Max Batteries /Chargers ? Are they the same / compatible between those 2 brands of tools ?

A: As listed in the manual page 9 , the battery pack and charger is only recommended as bellow MASTERCRAFT batteries, which are not able to match with DEWALT one

Q: Does this impact wrench have socket retainer ring and o-ring? I see a little black rubber ring on most impact wrench but I don't have it on my impact wrench. It holds socket fine but not too snug though.
