2 years agoA: Yes the battery is included. This is a great saw. Well worthy of the bucks. I have done a few projects with it and can’t say how happy I am with it.

Q: What is the distance between the mounting holes on this saw?
4 years agoA: Center to center measurements side to side are 40.4cm and front to back 26.3cm. This saw will fit most accessory stands that have adjustable mounts.

Q: Is this saw compatible with mitre saw stands/extension tables?
5 years agoA: Yes, certainly for the stands offered by Canadian Tire. As to other stands offered by other retailers, the expectation is that they should fit. The saw has mounting holes to the base that are squared to each corner and parallel side to side and front to back. As long as your mounting hardware on the stand is of the same configuration it will mount. Much older versions of stands may lack the parallel feature. If this is not present, you would need to adapt your stand using boards to create parallel mounts.
