I have no clue how to use a drill but between the instructions and watching YouTube videos it was so easy to use...I have used it to hang pictures and everything else it's been great. The battery life is great too and I like the fact that you can use the battery in other tools

Sold an returned and opened product

Ordered online, picked it up and didn’t look too hard at it, unfortunately they pawned off an already opened and returned product. As it’s returned and already opened all up, I don’t trust the product, why was it opened? Why was I sold a used product? Why was it returned? I hated having to count every little piece to ensure I had the correct amount of items. If you order online, inspect the product before you leave as they will give you the worse quality product available just to get it off their shelves….

This is the first tool i bought as a home owner, 70$ at father's day. It come with all the bits and drill, perfect for me since I had nothing. The battery last very long. The bag make it easy to carry. I know this is the cheapest Mastercraft model, but it would be nice if they add a LED

Good value for the money spent considering what you get in this package. The drill/driver is compact and fits in your hand well. The power is good and it was a bonus it came with a battery. The sale price made this an attractive option for general purpose use.

Q: I bought this today and I arrived home at 10:00am and I started charging. But unfortunately, 5 hours had passed but it is still charging. It says on the manual that it only takes 40 minutes to fully charge . I am planning to return and take another brand

A: The charger always indicates that the battery is charging if it is attached. Once removed, it should show that it is fully charged. If there is still an issue, please return to the store to discuss replacing the battery or call 1 (800) 387-8803 for assistance.
