12 years agoA: Actually this IS the 4.10/3.50-4 tire and wheel. For some inexplicable reason Canadian Tire calls this tire a 10 x 3 1/2 (tire outside diameter by tire width, evidently). Ditto for the hand truck inner tube they sell (and which I just bought). MD in Ottawa

a year agoA: You have to buy uninstall a self locking washer. You can tell because it has slices in it that grip the axle works really well salesman should help you find such a device.
