my old nailer needed a new gasket. by the time I bought the gasket - from the US and had it shipped from the US a few more bucks and I could buy a new one. Plus big bonus I didn't have give any money to US. The nailer works great and has all the required adjustments needed.

Q: Bought this last week on sale. Case was unopen and sealed but was missing the 2 hex keys and nose piece listed in description. Who do I contact to get these pieces?

Q: Can you use crown staples with this nailer?

2 Answers
  • A: Sorry but I can't answer because I only use brad nails with the nailer.  I can say it is an excellent nailer, far better than any I have previously owned.  You do not have to lift this nailer between nails...just glide along surface and hit trigger wherever you want a nail.

Q: RE: 058-8691-0 acceptable nails includes 5/8" - why can't I purchase them without it being in a kit (#058-8485-2) which only includes 500 of the 5/8" length. Shortest size pack I can find is 3/4" (#058-8468-4).

  • A: Hi there, thanks for reaching out and providing us with this feedback. Unfortunately, you are correct in saying that we do not have an individual pack for 5/8" nails, but this is something we can consider moving forward along with relaying this feedback towards our internal product teams for further review.

Q: Can you use 16 gauge nails in this nail gun

  • A: Thanks for reaching out! It would be 2 inches since that is the length of the longest nails this brad nailer is able to utilize.

Q: The length of the fasteners' specs should have their decimal points moved one place to the left. The minimum air flow is 57 cubic meters per minute? Sounds like a hurricane. Perhaps that spec should have a two decimal places to the left adjustment.

1 Answer
  • A: Thank you for your question! The required air flow (m3/min) is correctly displayed on the website. It is 57.80 m3/min.
