Worst well pump on the market

Do not buy this pump. The pump was so weak that at 90' it could not build pressure past 25psi. This is not a true 1/2hp pump and I'm shocked that Mastercraft would put their name on such a terribly poor product that has more 1 star reviews than all the other reviews combined. Tried to return and they would only offer a store credit until we spoke to the manager about it. Pulling a pump comes at a cost and having to do it twice in order to replace this with a better 1/2hp from the UFA was very disheartening.

Didnt last even 3 months. Had to have a plumber come put a different one in. Wasted money and our time. They refused to reimburse us. Said they could only offer us another pump.

Don't waste your time. It failed after 2 weeks. Thank goodness Canadian Tire has a no quibble return/refund policy. I got a Redlion, Canadian made pump for $200 more.

very poorly made
lasted us 4 months burnt out
low psi
we have receipt and we can't get reimbursed.
can give us another pump and send this one away. We definately don't want another one.

A: Yes you can. I fill my hot tub up approx 1200 litres in approx 30 minutes. My pump is down 95 feet from the level of the hot tub. As long as you have enough supply you should be good

A: 062-3427 has 3 wires, two black wire is live wire, green wire is ground wire. If your extension cord have 4 wires, please seal the neutral wire directly.

A: What kind of wiring are you looking for? It's just 120v so hot and a neutral + ground. Wire it right up to your pressure tank or to a regular plug/ light switch. If this kind of wiring has you nervous/ confused you should hire an electrician!
